During the summertime, drinking water is extremely important especially if you are going to be in the sun for the day but, here are a few ways to, "cool" off during the summertime heat.
1. Coconut or pineapple water. Water gets boring, we get it. To turn that plane taste to a more flavorful, try adding some sort of fruit or sugar-free flavor.
2. Smoothies! You don't need to spend tons of money on buying smoothies, just throw in a few items like strawberries, bananas, and blueberries and make those taste buds fly. We would recommend getting creative and seeing what works for you.
3. Need a light, refreshing drink to get that, "Tipsy" feel? One of our favorites for a refresher is vodka, carbonated water and a sugar-free flavoring of choice. This allows you to feel lighter rather than those heavy sugary drinks.
When you're in the sun for hours at a time, we would recommend that if you are, "day-drinking", make sure you mix in water in between.
